You wake up in [A PLACE]. There may be [OBJECTS] around you. There may be [DIRECTION] exits. You have attributes (ex. COMBAT and HEALTH). People will tell you commands, but you create the story.

This game is based on one thing: imagination. You create the situations, where you are, who you’re with, the objects around you, the exits around you. Other members will give you commands telling you what to do. As a result of their commands, new situations arise. These new situations are what you decide with your imagination. You may find new objects, new exits, the list is limitless.

How do you win?
Within your opening post that describes the situation, you can announce what you hope to achieve throughout the course of your story. You may want your character to increase his SWAG to 1000. You also may have other ways to end the dungeon. You would then specify what would close the game. If you want to keep the objective secretive or let the game go on for as long as you want, you are free to do so. Let the dungeon be your creation and let your peers help unfold your story.

Every character will have attributes. Two of the most popular attributes are HEALTH and COMBAT. The list of attributes is as broad as your imagination. If you can think it, it can happen.

REQUIREMENTS: When referring to important OBJECTS, CHARACTERS, ATTRIBUTES, DIRECTIONS, etc. please remember to put these in ALL CAPS. Also, if you are going to make a comment unrelated to the dungeon please place your comments (inside of parenthesis like so.)

Helpful hint: In order to keep the threads looking as neat and easy to read as possible, respond to commands separately in respective to the order in which they appear. For example, if the first command was “Search DESK.” and the second command was “Search under RUG.” you would still respond in one post. However, to easily distinguish the two results, hit enter two or three times in between. The first half of the post would describe what was found in the DESK. The second half of the post would describe what was found under the RUG. If you happen to come across an OBJECT that is able to be equipped or carried, a KEY for example, it is may be added to INVENTORY. It is your job to announce that an OBJECT was added. For example. Under RUG there is a KEY. KEY is added to INVENTORY. If your peers do not want you to possess the KEY in your INVENTORY they may command you to DROP KEY. If you do not add the KEY to your INVENTORY, your peers may command you to by saying "add KEY to INVENTORY."

Feel free to refer to our sample dungeon for any issues you may have.
